ABOUT US

I am a self-employed entrepreneur with a degree in Human Resources. I am also a mother and a partner. I am a specialist in the recruitment and selection of personnel, IT selection and the development, analysis, and workplace description. For me personally, this project is the realization of a long-held desire to pursue my own career path that will open doors to new opportunities in the diverse world of Human Resources.

Professionally, I have retired from university teaching. I am a specialist in outplacement and work as a human resources consultant. I have been married for fifty years, am the mother of two young adults and grandmother of three little girls who hold a special place in my heart. Personally, I dream of working with people who want to grow within the framework of cultural diversity that the world offers today.

I am a graduate psychologist, human resources consultant, certified intercultural trainer and lecturer for Spanish in the Stuttgart area. I have lived in Germany for 21 years. My own process of integration into the German society has been an enriching experience as well as a reference source for the topic of interculturality. This is one of the topics which I have dedicated myself to in the last 2 years. I research and develop intercultural trainings with the aim of facilitating intercultural interactions. I am a partner and mother of a 19-year-old son. I learn and dance flamenco, a dance that connects me to my culture.
