ABOUT US

I am a mother, partner, worker, entrepreneur, and independent. I hold a degree in Human Resources, specializing in recruitment and selection, competency-based selection, and IT selection. I create procedure manuals, designs, analyses, and job descriptions within organizations. Personally, this project is the fulfillment of a long-held dream: to embark on my own career path that opens doors to new opportunities and to continue exploring this diverse world of Human Resources.

I am the wife of a good man who has been with me for fifty years. I am the mother of two young adults, who are successful in life thanks to their ability to study and train to be independent. I am the grandmother of three young women who hold a special place in my heart. I am retired from university teaching and currently a specialist in Human Resources, focusing on Outplacement. Personally, I dream of people who project themselves into a future of well-being within the framework of the cultural diversity that the world offers today.

I have a degree in Psychology, a Human Resources specialist, a certified intercultural trainer, and a Spanish teacher at the Folklore Universities of Böblingen, Heilbronn, and Beilstein. I have lived in Germany for 21 years. My own integration into this society has been an enriching experience, and a source of reference on intercultural topics, a topic I have been working on for the past two years. I research and develop intercultural training programs with the goal of facilitating intercultural interaction. I am the mother of a 19-year-old boy and am in a relationship. I learn and dance flamenco, a dance that keeps me connected to my culture.
